Hatha Yoga
"Ha," the sun, and "Tha," the moon, represent opposites that should be united and brought into balance. Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation promote flexibility, strength, and endurance. Stress levels can be reduced, and a state of calm and relaxation can be achieved.

Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic and powerful advanced practice, constantly in motion to generate cleansing heat. The Vrttis (movements of the mind) are calmed, in accordance with Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra 1.2: "Yoga citta vrtti nirodha." ("Yoga is the calming of the fluctuations of the mind.")

Yin Yoga
The practice of stillness, the embodied form of meditation, is a form of Daoist Yoga developed further by Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers, originally from martial artist Paulie Zink.
Just 25 asanas and their variations, held for several minutes, help transition from outer to inner calm. Props like bolster, blocks, strap, and blanket support this stillness.

Chair Yoga
Is it difficult to sit on the floor and get back up? Perfect for elderly people and those with limited mobility, this practice can increase flexibility, release tense muscles, and improve balance, coordination, and movement through slow and mindful motions.
